Broiled chicken with Som tum



Ingredients : (for 4)
1 medium size            Chicken
1 tbsp.             Mixing of coriander roots, garlic and white pepper
1            Shredded papaya
4            String bean
1 tbsp.            Fish sauce
4            Tomatoes
6            Hot chili pepper
5 cloves            Garlic
4 tbsp.            Lemon juice
2 tbsp.            Palm sugar
2 tbsp.            Roasted peanut
1 tbsp.            Dried shrimp
1 cup            Dipping for chicken



1.          Marinate chicken with a mixing of coriander roots, garlic and pepper for at least an hour. Broil the chicken over low charcoal fire until done. Cut into pieces.

2.          Put garlic and hot chili pepper in the mortar, crush with pestle, add palm sugar, fish sauce and lemon juice, papaya and dried shrimp. Use the pestle to crush the ingredients gently, add string bean and tomatoes, mix thoroughly.

3.          Serve broiled chicken with dipping for chicken. Streamed glutinous rice and Som Tum with vegetable as liked.
