Sukiyaki, Thai style



Ingredients : (for 3)
200 gm.            Chicken breast
100 gm.            Peeled prawn
3 cups            Chicken broth
80 gm.             Dried transparent vermicelli
2            Eggs
2 tbsp.            Soy sauce
1/2 tsp.            Powdered white pepper
1/2 cup            Sauce for sukiyaki
Other vegetables as liked, for instances : Chinese swamp cabbage, spinach, Chinese turnip, straw mushroom, Chinese dried mushroom etc.



1.          Cut chicken breath into bite size, soak transparent vermicelli in lukewarm water until tender, drain through sieve, set aside.

2.          Clean all vegetable and cut up about 1 inch length.

3.          Bring chicken broth to boil in a saucepot : add chicken and all vegetables. When boil again add prawn and vermicelli, stir 2 eggs through a sieve and pour a mixture into saucepot. Seasoning with soy sauce and pepper. Serve with sauce for sukiyaki.
